The Chief Medical Director, Prof. Adekunle Ajayi paid unscheduled visit to the hospital's Cafetaria with members of the Kitchen Committee in his entourage on Monday morning.
In his usual manner of doing things, he encouraged all in his entourage to place order for meal of their preference while he sat back to watch how things unfold after placing his order.
The CMD's action thereby put him in an advantageous position that the Cafetaria is being patronised by all cadres of officers in the establishment.
Secondly, he was able to discover whether services rendered are Servicom Compliance and thirdly first hand information on the standard and satisfaction derived from those that patronised the FETHI Cafetaria.
The response was overwhelmingly positive and with the hope that there is always room for improvement.
